SHIPPING

At Vitadote® we ship our Shilajit to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping! Free shipping will be applied and does not include duties.

Please note that we don’t ship to P.O. boxes, therefore please provide a physical address!

The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and do not include 1-2 business days processing time before the order gets shipped, please keep in mind delays can occur.

Due to COVID-19, please account for a possible delay of approximately 5 business days in receiving your order. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to get your order to you safely while adhering to the government guidelines. Please visit our COVID-19 order update for more information.

Shipping Time

For the Netherlands and Belgium: If you order on working days before 16:00h Vitadote® shilajit from shilajitmumijo.com will be on your doorstep the very next day.

For Germany: If you order on working days before 16:00h, Vitadote® shilajit from shilajitmumijo.com will be on your doorstep the very next day. In some parts of Germany, it may take an additional 1-2 days due to distribution logistics.

Other EU Countries: If you order on working days before 16:00h / 4:00 PM Vitadote® shilajit from shilajitmumijo.com will be on your doorstep within 2-4 days.

Outside the EU: If you order on working days before 16:00h / 4:00 PM Vitadote® shilajit from shilajitmumijo.com will be on your doorstep within 5-14 days, depending on flight connections. More distribution partners are to be joining Vitadote®soon.

ShilajitMumijo.com ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

In case your Vitadote® Shilajit package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, email us as soon as possible at [email protected] to notify us of the damage

CUSTOMS

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.

Orders shipped to non-EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the number of duties and the amount of taxes that will be charged on your package.

Due to Brexit, all UK orders with a total value of £135 (Pound) approximately FREE €150 (Euro), depending on the exchange rate and up will be charged with additional customs fees and clearance costs.

Please take into account that the total of your order is rated higher than our retail price when passing through customs. The reason for this is that UK customs rate the original value of each product. For this reason, the rated value of your order may exceed the customs threshold of £135 which causes you to be required to pay customs even though your total order value was lower than £135.

Please also note that we are unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

RETURNS

We hope that you love Shilajit from Vitadote® as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any Shilajit within your order, you have thirty (30) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will be happy to issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

Please note that the product Vitadote® Shilajit must be returned unused, undamaged, must remain sealed and thereby not opened.

Please make sure you choose an appropriate bubble envelope or a shipping box for your return to prevent the Vitadote® Shilajit from being damaged while in transit.

Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

Please also note that we are unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To return your product(s), please follow the next steps:

  1. Before returning your product Vitadote® Shilajit, please email us at [email protected] within thirty (30) days after delivery to inform us how many you would like to return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
  2. Our customer service team will reply with a Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”). Please note the RA Number on the original packing slip (i.e. the ‘Shipment List’ that was included with your order) as well as on the return shipping label that should be fastened on the exterior of the shipment box.
  3. Please place the product(s) you wish to return, including the unopened, white cardboard outer packaging, into a shipping box. Please include the ‘Shipment List’ noted with the RA Number, along with the product(s) that you are returning in the shipment box.
  4. Upon receipt of the email containing the RA Number, you’ll have an additional thirty (30) days to organize a return shipment to us using a carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, which is why we recommend using an insured delivery method with tracking information.

  7. After we have received your returned product(s), we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all aforementioned conditions are met, we will gladly refund the total purchase price to the original form of payment within thirty (30) days of receiving your return. Unfortunately, return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
