SHIPPING
We ship our Shilajit to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. Orders of €49.90 and above ship free. For orders below €49.90 we charge €5 shipping within the Netherlands and €9 to all other countries we deliver to.
We currently deliver to 16 EU countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Romania.
Please note that we don’t ship to P.O. boxes, therefore please provide a physical address!
Orders are processed within 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. The delivery times shown below are only an estimate; please keep in mind delays can occur.
Shipping Time
For the Netherlands and Belgium: If you order on working days before 16:00h, your Vitadote® shilajit will usually be on your doorstep the very next day.
For Germany: If you order on working days before 16:00h, your Vitadote® shilajit will usually be on your doorstep the very next day. In some parts of Germany, it may take an additional 1-2 days due to distribution logistics.
Other countries we deliver to: If you order on working days before 16:00h, your Vitadote® shilajit will be on your doorstep within 2-7 days depending on the destination.
In case your Vitadote® Shilajit package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, email us as soon as possible at [email protected] to notify us of the damage.

All our shipments are within the European Union, so no customs fees, tariffs or duties apply.
RETURNS
We hope that you love Shilajit from Vitadote® as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any Shilajit within your order, you have thirty (30) days after the order has been delivered to do so — free of charge. Not satisfied? You get your money back. We will gladly issue a full refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.
Please note that the product Vitadote® Shilajit must be returned unused, undamaged, must remain sealed and thereby not opened.
Please make sure you choose an appropriate bubble envelope or a shipping box for your return to prevent the Vitadote® Shilajit from being damaged while in transit.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To return your product(s), please follow the next steps:
- Before returning your product Vitadote® Shilajit, please email us at [email protected] within thirty (30) days after delivery to inform us how many you would like to return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- Our customer service team will reply with a Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”) and free return instructions. Please note the RA Number on the original packing slip (i.e. the ‘Shipment List’ that was included with your order) as well as on the return shipping label that should be fastened on the exterior of the shipment box.
- Please place the product(s) you wish to return, including the unopened, white cardboard outer packaging, into a shipping box. Please include the ‘Shipment List’ noted with the RA Number, along with the product(s) that you are returning in the shipment box.
- Upon receipt of the email containing the RA Number, you’ll have an additional thirty (30) days to send the return shipment. We recommend using the provided return label or an insured delivery method with tracking information.
- Please address your return package to: Vitadote® / eCom IT B.V.
- After we have received your returned product(s), we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all aforementioned conditions are met, we will gladly refund the total purchase price to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return.
